Blog 7

Hey clase, what is good on this fine evening of the seventh of March on the year of two thousand and fourteen anno Domini. My project 4 is going well. Did you know that Prius’ are not as efficient as you think they are? They are actually less efficient than a Hummer according to the research I have done. Isn’t that crazy?! All these high and mighty Prius owners driving around, thinking they are saving the environment when in reality, they ARE DESTROYING EVERYTHING. And did you know the sentence, “All the faith he had had had had no effect on the outcome of his life.” Is grammatically correct? Crazy huh. The English language is kind of messed up but it is all good. It is still my favorite language to speak! Anyway, now it is time for some identifying rhetoric in advertisements! Hip hip hooray!

Now this is a picture of a man in a row boat with Bose noise canceling headphones on while he is about to swim off of Niagara Falls. The ethos in this is that Bose is already a respectable company and this ad just proves Bose’s credentials in that you can wear their headphones and you will not be able to hear the loudness of Niagara Falls. Those headphones must be amazing. Just do not wear them on a river, while skiing or anywhere unless you are sedentary and are in no trouble of running into something. I am definitely getting a pair of these headphones. Mostly because my roommate snores unbelievably loud and it keeps me awake all night. I cannot stand it! So if I can get a pair of headphones that can cancel the noise coming from Niagara Falls, then those headphones are the headphones for me. Bose has my business for sure now.
